A UX researcher is responsible for conducting user research, both qualitative and quantitative, to help design better products. User research is a process of understanding how people use a product and what they need or want from it. A UX researcher designs and executes user research studies, such as interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing, and ethnographic research. They also analyze data from these studies to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve the user experience.
