User experience is a person’s emotions and attitudes about using a particular product, system or service. It includes the practical, experiential, affective, meaningful, and valuable aspects of human–computer interaction and product ownership.
User experience research, sometimes called user research, is the process of understanding the impact of design on an audience. It involves the systematic study of target users and their requirements, often using methods such as ethnography and participant observation.
User experience design is a field of design focusing on the creation of user-centered products and services.
